Brief Specification Description:The land reserve project for Plot A9 (South Side) in the central area of Caolu New Town is located in Caolu Town, Pudong New District, Shanghai, bounded to the east by the Pudong Canal, to the south by A9-11 public green space, to the west by Chuansha Road, and to the north by A9-2 commercial and financial land ('Yuetian Di Commercial Plaza' is not included in this land reserve). The total land area is approximately 113,965 square meters.
